Beach Patrol

According to the FCC Database, the license for the Beach Patrol frequency,155.175, expired 9/13/03, and was cancelled 11/16/03. Does anyone know if they're still using it?

I remember it was in use last year,we'll see if it will be this year.Second beach patrol channel that i heard active last year is 150.790 PL 107.2
